General Exhibitor Information

The Conference Exhibitor Committee is currently accepting applications for exhibit space.

Exhibitor Space

Exhibit spaces are 8-feet wide and 10-feet deep. Each exhibit space will include a 6-foot table.

Assignment of Space

Exhibit Spaces will be assigned on a first-come/first-choice basis. Updated plans with available Spaces will be posted on the conference website. E-mail Detlef Decker or call 509-335-2811 to reserve spaces.

Terms of Payment

Full payment of $300.00 per space is due with submission of the Application for Space by check or credit card. Full refund will be given, if there is a cancellation of reserved space prior to August 31, 2004. Exhibit Spaces unoccupied at the opening of the Exhibits may be rented or used by the Conference Committee without obligation or refund. Exhibitors may not reassign or sublet their spaces.
